• Tell us you'd like a refund (you don't need to explain why)
• We'll process it within 24-48 hours
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

What We Refund

We refund the subscription amount you paid to PineScripter. This includes monthly and annual subscription fees.

Important Note

PineScripter is a code generation tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide trading advice, market predictions, or investment recommendations. Our refund policy covers your subscription to our software service only.

We cannot be held responsible for any trading decisions you make, profits or losses you experience, or any outcomes from using code generated by our service. By using PineScripter, you acknowledge that all trading decisions are your own responsibility.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. After cancellation:

• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• You won't be charged again
• You can still request a refund if you'd like
